Personally, I'm pretty sure Wheelchair would not be on my list of deal breakers.

Deaf might be (because I don't know sign language, like music, and It would make communications and conversations much more difficult and that's something I truly value)
Celiacs or might be (because I enjoy food and craft beer and it's probably one of my passions in life. Though I HAVE gone out with someone who had Celiacs, it was kind of a pain in the butt)

But in a wheelchair? Eh, I prefer NOT having running partners, and only get the urge to dance once in blue moon anyway.
