My coworker's wicked lazy and often leaves projects unfinished knowing that I will complete them. The local manager sees this but can't do to much because the coworker is employed and protected by his brother-in-law-regional-sales-Vice-President. How do I deal with a lazy vale madre dirt bag who couldn't care less? I stopped finishing his undone work but shit got out of hand in less than a week.
what kind of work do you do?

I work in a warehouse for a big electrical distribution center. We do business with a lot of big name companies from Google, to Facebook, to yahoo. This guy couldn't ship a patch cord if his job depended on it.

I should talk with them. That's sensible advice, thanks. I'll call them. Strangely, to my mind, there's no hr rep on site.
