Does anybody knows any music that I should listen to so I can increase my agressiveness? I don't want to be violent or anything. I just don't want to feel so damn afraid and anxious of everything all the time. I want to impose myself and speak my mind out. I think music would help while I run and go to the gym...
Various kind of metal, heavy electronic, dubstep, etc. work for me.
You need to find something that works for you, though. Find something that fits your taste and pumps you up.

Fast paced music. Usually rock. There's an album I like called Nonagon Infinity, most of the songs are pretty fast paced.

for lifting weights, nothing can come close to metal
however, what you want is any kind of music that has a strong mental association in your mind with strength, power, victory, epic-ness, etc.
So some non-metal or less metal stuff that I sometimes listen to would be like.. the OP song from DEATH NOTE... with the singing/chanting...
Here's a couple of odd-ball tracks I like for lifting. I find it also helps if I know what the song is about...so its not just the sound energy, but the whole mental picture...

Or this one:

Often, the chorus of the song is when there is maximum energy, so I usually wait for that and then do a heavy set..

Don't be a dipshit. First, you're want to be ASSERTIVE, not AGGRESSIVE. You want to be confident and take advantage of OFFERS (not others).... unless you mean you want to be more likely to punch somebody for no reason?
Second, music may help get you some energy to do assert yourself, but it's not going to teach you to assert yourself, you need to do that yourself.
Now, normally when you're doing cognitive behavioral therapy for yourself, it's very difficult because you have to remind yourself to do things differently all the time. For assertiveness however, there's a very easy starting point: driving.
Just start driving like an asshole while trying not to be too douchey. An easy training exercise is to get in the habit of lane changing often, whenever you need to. Always be looking to move into the lane that's moving the fastest or where there's open space for you to speed ahead. Don't sit in the right lane because you need to make a right turn in half a mile, move into whatever lane is moving the fastest and change when you get closer. Once you get used to making lane changes frequently, it will take you literally like 8 seconds to change lanes, starting from when you first start looking up until you're in the other lane.
This might be bad advice if you're a bad driver... but then again if you can't summon the effort to pay attention while driving I don't think you're going to get very far with the assertiveness thing. Also, back when I said "be an asshole but not a douche" I meant you should look to take whatever space your car can fit into, but do so safely, y'know? If you have to squeak in between two cars, use your turn signal and change lanes slowly so the other drivers have time to react. They make think you're an asshole for "cutting in line" but fuck those guys, if you did the lane change smoothly you are in the legal right.

Sounds like the kind of garbage somebody would use in a parody video of 80's grit. It somehow feels dark and upbeat at the same time, like I'm going through a montage of the main character sneaking through the ebil lair of the dystopian despot. Arpeggio's are not dark, but they are 80's and synth-y.
Pic very much related. Also reminds me of Garth Marenghi's Darkplace ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0397150/ )
Damn this song is really growing on me, it's oddly peppy for "dark" music, yet it's so evocative of 80's dystopia and of movie montages. It's not "good" in the traditional sense (I wouldn't listen to this very often) but it brings to mind so much 80's imagery that it becomes interesting to listen to.
