I'm unable to do anything productive when I'm annoyed, angry, pissed off, etc.

With the way my life is currently, these things happen very easily. I have a job that I have to interact with assholes a lot and I have to take public transportation, which is great especially when the bus fucks off and leaves 10 minutes early.

How do I stop letting these little things ruin my mood so easily?

Do you feel at times restless at night , having hard time stuggling to stay awake?
