My Anxiety never seemed like an issue to me, but about a week ago I started working. Then it kicked it harder than ever. I felt constantly pressured, like every movement I made was watched and every mistake I made was recorded. I seriously spent the whole week holding back tears.

Taking it a bit more seriously than needed due to severe chest pain, I quit like a dumb pansy. The point is, I never realized how much of an issue this was for me. Sometimes when playing an online game I feel like this too, especially if it's competitive. This intense feeling that makes me shake and lose my composure. It's gotten really bad to the point where when I become aware of it it intensifies. How do I learn to cope with something like this?

Go see a pro, get therapy and meds. If you can't even work due to this issue, it's serious and you need help.

Hey I think you might just need someone to talk to. But most normal people aren't equipped to help with emotional or mental problems. You'll need a therapist because it's their literal job for you to tell them anything
