I just moved into a new apartment with a washer/dryer unit, but the dryer's vent is just up against the wall and shoots vapor and lint allover.
Is this enough to break the lease?

Nope..
There are many more steps to take before ending the lease.
1) contact your landlord about a necessary repaid in writing.
2) if after 30 days it is not repaired then you may repair it yourself whilst deducting the costs from your rent that month (all of which you have a legal right to do so)
Otherwise move the fuck out, give notice and stop bitching.

well thats gay as fuck, but I made sure I could leave by paying a months rent before signing so I'm only kinda fucked.
also are you dense? you can't repair not having a vent without buying a completely new unit.

Are autistic people even allowed to sign contracts?
I'm sure your mom could get you out of it by informing them you're too stupid to know what you were doing.
