My boyfriend was a long time cocaine addict. He recovered for about a year and a half. I discovered he has been using meth. He claims he stopped. He has been sleeping all the time, incredibly annoying to be around, hungry, and constantly feeling "sick." Now he is having chest pains.
Are chest pains a normal part of meth withdrawal? Is there possibly something wrong with his heart? Is this a sign he is still using?

Sleeping all the time and being hungry sounds more like coming off meth. If he were in meth he wouldn't be doing either.
As for chest pains that is something he needs to see a doctor for. Might be anxiety might be something a whole lot worse. Get him to a doctor.
