I'd leave it at that. don't think there's a good translation for high school diploma. it's the equivalent to german Abitur. however, it's still not the same thing.
you could say "Oberschulabschluss" which is the literal translation of high school diploma. but to be honest, I've never heard or read it anywhere so it's pretty uncommon. i'd leave it at high school diploma
