My blood serum creatinine is 2.1ml, my GFR is 44.4 mL, been feeling tired all the time for about 7 months now, my blood pressure spikes to 160/110 and sometimes i feel chest pain, what the fuck should/can I do?

OP talk to a doctor before doing this. this anon could be right, and I'm certainly not gonna argue against veggies being good for you. but you should be seeing your doc about this anyway, and you should get a professional opinion as to whether a diet change is going to help you.

OP you should really go to a doctor,. I assume you are not over 60 years old, so your serum creatinine levels are surely sign of renal isufficiency, which could have been caused by your elevated blood pressure. Those spikes in blood pressure and can be signs of dangerous but treatable illnesses, like pheochromocytoma. If so changing your diet will do absolutely nothing.
