Is marching band good enough daily exercise? I'm in my college

should keep you in great shape as long as you're eating well, etc.

I would think so, that's 6-12 hours of marching around per week. though

what do you play? if it's something like drums, I would think that would be plenty of exercise. if it's something less strenuous like flute, maybe go for a walk in the park once a week or something just for something different (and a change of scenery).

other factors to think about might be how much you're walking around outside of band. such as, how far apart are your classes, how far is it to the parking lot, etc.

I play tenor drums, so I guess I should be fine then. Good to know I don't need to put in that much extra cardio too
