So I fucked up my knee at work. Doesn't really hurt, gets sore if I walk on it for too long but it just feels wrong. Like its loose or something and whenever I try to walk normally my leg twist and kinda kicks out.
Anyone else experience this?

How long ago did you fuck it up? And what exactly happened?
Rest
Ice
Compression (wear an ACE bandage during the day, take it off during sleep)
Elevation (kick your feet up and relax nigga)
Won't hurt to try this for a week or two and see if it gets better

Eh, you need a doctor IRL
But, like many people if you don't have that option, I guess you can do this:
Look up the physical exam findings for ACL, MCL, and meniscus tears on Youtube. Perform them on yourself and see which is positive. Once you diagnose yourself, go on youtube and search for "Physical therapy (whatever tear)" and do whatever routine they advise
Clinical trials have shown that physical therapy has the same outcomes as surgery
Take some Tylenol for the pain
