No neither of those are bad, it's a basic, essential desire to masturbate and it helps to have porn. Now, both masturbating and porn can be abused like any good thing, so it's good to space out time in-between, like a couple days minimum. It's also beneficial to masturbate without the use of porn, to just imagine or feel out the experience. You might need to start doing this yourself judging by your situation.
