I have a drug test in two days and need to flush it out of my system (I smoked a week ago and I almost never smoke) so thx for any help

If it was one time one week ago, you should be fine unless you are enormously fat. Go to the gym and run on the treadmill for awhile and drink some cranberry juice if you want to be extra sure.
If you don't have a gym membership, most places offer 3 day/1 week free trials if you just walk in and ask.

You can go to the dollar store and buy an at-home pee test for about $20 if you wanted to make sure.
