If this guy was some 1337 hax0r somehow, he would only know your general area, not your house address or anything.

Secondly, he said he wasn't interested, so I think you're safe.

Thirdly, even if the guy SOMEHOW knew your home address, you are most likely many states away, or many countries apart. It wouldn't be worth the plane ticket around the world to arrive at the house of a girl, considering that all girls have houses and that 50% of houses contain girl.

As some one who routinely fucks with people over the internet on that level, I wouldn't think too much of it or get too paranoid. 9 times out of 10 it's because you said/suggested something or gave up information, even if it isn't directly related. even certain words or phases you use can dial in on those 2 things within one sentence.

If someone has your IP, it's very bad. That means he automatically has access to your entire personal history, your high school report cards, your bank accounts, and your cousin's birth control pills. The best thing to do is to call your internet provider and ask for a new IP.
