What are some interesting hobbies to meet people?
Check your local website on events and join a club in your area. Was how I made friends after most of my high school and college buddies went our seperate ways.

Depends on your age and ability
>Running clubs
Good for meeting cardio bunnies, the down side is that they can be very competitive once you leave the casual jogging groups
>Martial arts
Depends on the martial art, if the club has sparring you won't be training with interpretive dance dipshits
>Anything on meetup
You get what it says on the tin, warhammer clubs have warhammer fans, social groups have just about anyone.

Are you a man over the age of 21 (18 in some places)? If so, have you considered the Freemasons?

False.
Unless you have a ton of games and movies and a big TV and invite people over.
ok so not OP but I want to ask an important question for all these suggestions
People are mentioning this and that but how do we know what is actually available in our area?
Where or how can we see/determine what kinda of clubs or groups are actually where we live?
It'd be a lot easier to do these things if there was a list of suggestions to browse from rather than just guesses.
