>Be changing after shower at work
>Hear talking from outside
>weird because nobody is in the office
>Door slams open
>4 of my female co-workers
>"OMG ANON WHY ARE YOU NAKED, YOUR AT WORK , THIS IS SOOOO INAPPROPRIATE"
>I say close the fucking door im changing
>Scoffs and basically says I cant believe you just said that .
>Anyways day goes until the queen dipshit the leader of the pack confronts be about how I made everyone feel awkward
>I said "But its the MENS ROOM", and that "have you ever heard of knocking"
>She stormed off making a scene

Anyways they brought this shit up with HR and now we have a huge fucking meeting about it on Monday. I know im not in the wrong here.
Im just worried about this meeting and what it could be about...any idea what this meeting could be about?
>>
I'd imagine they'd just ask you to explain the situation. I cannot imagine they would punish you for what you did.
>>
>>17462018
Why not do it that day? I mean the situation is pretty clear...what needs to be explained
>>
>>17462029
They probably have procedures they have to follow. Bring you in, bring them in, figure out what happened.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. You should be fine.
>>
They'll probably get you fired one way or another OP. If you aren't Chad, once a group of females don't like you they will collectively get you fired and rejoice at how they got "that creep, anon" fired. You fucked up by not befriending them.
>>
>>17462039
I sure hope so man. I really like this gig. I knew from the start this group caused shit so i always tried to keep distance.
>>
>>17462018

Expect this. Also make it a point that you were in the MENS room, and since your work place has showers there is a reasonable expectation that someone could be using them, that it was inappropriate for anyone, especially female employees to barge in on you.

After the first round of dog and pony show where they make you feel bad for being a man but begrudgingly admit that they were at fault, turn that shit around and make a claim against them for harassment at work since that's obviously their objective with A. disrespecting your privacy in the first place and B. making a scene about how they disrespected your privacy.
>>
>>17462041
This OP

I've seen it happen so many times. They do it to guys who aren't even deserving of it too. It's usually the guys who keep their heads down at work and don't really talk to anybody. This makes them really easy targets as they don't have anyone to defend them.
>>
>>17462041
>>17462056

If you don't want this to happen, make a rebuttal or a claim against them for harassment. I think you'd have a good case but who knows. Worth a shot at least to let them know you wont just be fired without a fight.
>>
>>17462053
Everyone knows this already...the entire office is like but-he was in the mens room?

Im tight with pretty much everyone in the office and everyone has been treating me the same. I even had a chat with the head of HR on the walk to my car...basically friendly as can be said "Ill catch you tomorrow at the meeting man " and gave me a friendly grim and kinda shook his head as to say "yeah i know this shit is b.s he has to do it"
>>
Do not listen this this anon >>17462018

You do not know possible bias or agenda of those investigating this. Yes it is an investigation in their eyes.

I would call a lawyer before the meeting and seek clarification on the law. They generally will explain the law but not give you advice unless you pay.

You must come prepared to the meeting. Write down the sequence of events, who was there, what happened, and what was said.

Make notes during your interrogation, HR names and what was claimed against you.

If you are in a union, DO NOT go to this meeting without representation.

Best of luck.
>>
>>17462080

Best advice in this thread
>>
>>17462076
You should definitely make a counter claim.
>>
>>17462080
Nigga what the fuck. The guy was minding his own business in the MENS ROOM when those bitches burst in. There is literally no way in the world be can get in any shit for this. He should make his own complaint that he was sexually harassed and embarrassed by the incident, and it's made him feel self conscious at work, so those women get a reaming.
>>
>>17462099

Don't be naive anon, you know how shit can get turned on its head real fucking quick. It's best to approach this situation over prepared for a fight than thinking "it's gonna be alright".
>>
Like i said I had a few words in passing with the head of HR . he didnt seem to be standoffish if anything he looked like "sorry you have to deal with this shit man "

Im not worried about getting in trouble. I just hate the wait.
>>
>>17462099

Is this you too, saying 'nigga' in every thread and being generally ignorant? >>17462020

CYOA is first and foremost. People have lost their jobs over baseless claims before.
>>
>>17462105

It's good not to be worried too badly about it, but do be prepared with the facts of the situation. You want this to be air tight.
>>
>>17462113
Oh i know the facts and so does everyone else the good things about this situation is . 1. As shitty as these women are they aren't liers. and 2. they have told everyone exactly what happened. and how they opened the opposite genders bathroom door and there I was.
everyones pretty much on my side.

Im honestly starting to think if this meeting is more about what action I want to take as opposed to their side.
>>
>>17462122
Bump this thread tomorrow morning then give us an update after work. Hopefully you will report just that.
>>
>>17462122
Question is. Why did they even go into the men's bathroom?
>>
>>17462138
For real, why? Any explanation?
>>
>>17462106
No, that's not me, haven't even seen that thread. Thanks for caring though. I don't know how it works in clapistan, buy here in Australia if you got fired or even disciplined over that the company would get absolutely assraped, and have to pay you for embarrassment, loss of earning, and have to give you your job back. The people bursting into the, and I say this again, MENS ROOM, and being shocked to see a naked man, would be charged.
>>
>>17462089
This. Just say you heard them muttering something like "yea hehe I think he changes in here every day, let's surprise him".

The fact that all four just barged into the men's room give you some defence, but HR will favor women everytime. Especially a catpack. Go above HR if needed.

Play it by ear and if they ham it up you need to counter because they are forming a collective narrative in their heads that they are the victims and that you are the bad guy. If they can get the HR woman absorbed into the group think then you are probably fucked unless you get them o technicality of entering the mens room.

Seek a new job regardless because they'll spread rumours just to pass their miserable ecistence and the rumours will become true in their minds.
>>
>>17462141
No idea. I show up super early to work out and shower. They happened to be there that day. IDK maybe the womens room was being cleaned.

Yup I will update you guys and gals. Im literally only going in tomorrow for the meeting as its my off day. So Ill try nice and early.
>>
>>17462153
In Canada you can be fired for any reason without explanation (except for "human rights" gender, race, disability etc.) They only have to pay severance.
>>
were you literally naked or just in your underwear?
if you were standing there with your dick out, you really shouldn've gone into a fucking stall and you deserve to get fired for being a retard.
>>
>>17462204
Its a mens bathroom with a shower...think locker room. Then again it doesn't appear that thinking is your strong suit. Shouldn't you be sleeping for your opening shift at Mcdonalds?
>>
>>17462196
What a shithole. We actually have rights in australia. At least you get dude weed though, and Muslims.
>>
>>17462204
>having your cock out in the men's room
>not allowed

Pick one retard. Also op can do whatever the fuck he wants, as women shouldn't be in the men's room, it's sexual harassment at the very least.
>>
>>17462005

in the meeting simply state these things

>i took a shower AT WORK, its waht the showers are for
>i was then changing, in the privacy of the mens room
>several female co workers opened the door and then got mad that i was naked in the mens room
>i did nothing wrong, there is no policy against it

repeat that on loop
>>
Get a fucking lawyer and sue your company. God damn, I'm not even an ambulance chaser, but having a group a women walk into the men's restroom then try to get you fired is unreal.
>>
Heh here it britbong you could be naked in a public bathroom and it would be fine long as you didnt undress with people around
>>
bump in wait of OP's return
>>
I'm guessing the meeting is going to be a front for an opportunity for all of of them to get you alone to iron out the details regarding your poor conduct. Wait for the fat titted one to take her glasses off and bite her lip and relax and enjoy it especially as the chunky brunette starts to dominate and force the shy one to rim you while hiking up her little black A-line to reveal tights all torn out at the crotch. Porn basically supports this now they've seen your goods this is inevitable.
>>
>>17462005
Shit, I hope what they told HR was at least close to the truth. There's a chance that they just made some shit up that will get you fired if HR believe them. Good luck man.
>>
>>17462255
I agree. You're the victim here.

Go in on offense. Make it clear that your privacy rights were violated.
>>
Op here. Sorry for the delay I meant to get home earlier but my day proved to a bit busy. Anyways...I showed up to the meeting nice and early and was met by the head of HR(who I know) and a bunch of assistants as well as the owner/ceo. Basically said that the problem employees have been terminated and basically checked to see how I was after the happening. They basically stressed that workplace harassment was not to be tolerated and they were very sorry that I had gone through this ordeal. Basically the meeting was just on how I'm feeling and I'm sure for dmg control incase I feel fit to go bananas regarding legal things...I feel that it was ended promptly and peacefully am pleased with the outcome.(I just wanna work out and go to make gains) They gave me a couple extra days on my upcoming vacation to spend on myself as well.Al Owner was chill as can be and was pretty awesome DESU. We talked a bit about weightlifting and nutrition and whatnot. Also said he really appreciates the work I have been doing for his company and that he has been keeping an eye on it because he "wants to take the company in that direction". All n all it was a good day.
>>
>>17464615
Also best of all Ceo invited me and girlfriend over for a bbq he is hosting with his wife.
>>
>>17464615

Your post makes me all warm inside

Godspeed anon, I hope you shall never be harassed by idiots again
>>
>>17464648
Not gunna lie man it made me feel the same. I was thinking of hes prob just saying all this stuff to make me feel better etc..im just another lowly employee...but between the invite to bbq and the friendly chat about weightlifting def made me feel nice inside
>>
>>17464615
>4chan: the fantasy
>>
>>17464656
Are you one of those basement trolls I hear about here?
>>
>>17464615
>>17464652

GG bro, glad to see this resolved in your favor. Now work your charm during that bbq for a raise / promotion, I think you've earned it with how you handled yourself and the situation.
>>
>>17464615
Gj OP. You beat the cunts.
>>
>>17462005

Counter complain to HR after explaining it to them.
It was the mens room, there are showers in there for a reason (my workplace has a gym, so people do use them) obviously, there will be nudity.
Tell them you feel as though your privacy was violated (HR = women, women = feels), that you no longer feel safe using the facilities provided by the workplace.
Furthermore, ask the rhetorical question if it is inappropriate to unzip when you go to the toilets too, seeing as that to, would be "nudity" at work.

Make a complaint that you feel as though you are being targeted because of your gender, a protected class, due to this, and feel as though you are being discriminated against.

Furthermore, you must tell them that you need assurances a similar incident won't occur, otherwise you will have to "seek legal advice".

The meeting is most likely just an investigation, and unfortunately it will be your word against theirs, and they outnumber you.
The upside is that they most likely do not expect you to throw in a counter-complaint and argue your point - this means that they likely haven't decided on what they will say happened so even if some do "shit-stir" and lie about it, their stories will likely be inconsistent, and some may even tell the truth.

Be direct, honest and polite. But also be firm in what you've said, do not change your story, you may have to repeat yourself numerable times and go on the offensive, like formally complaining about them.

Chances are, if they've done this to you, they've done it to others. Put your complaint in writing, keep a copy of it and hand the other in.
They'll have to log these complaints and they'll be put in the girls files - which will stack against them if there are any future (or past) allegations of sexism.

Do not just sit by and take it or go with the flow when it comes to these things.
You need to show that you are prepared to fight back and even get legal advice.

>Decide to harass a colleague
>He reacts angrily instead of taking it like a bitch
>Be pissed off
>Go to HR to get him fired
>Get fired myself

>>17464735

To further my point on being aggressive, I will share a story I have from a few months ago.

My company was in the shit, didn't want to pay people off, pay redundancy, but wanted to get rid of people.
I was targeted.
I was being called in the office every fucking day.
I was not being given fair rotation, only working in the most difficult areas, and was micromanaged to the second. I was not given adequate time to do my job safely, as many people like me, were forced to breach H&S just to avoid being harassed.
The manager leading my team at the time had made numerous efforts to stop me from having a union rep, and I gave a verbal complaint to his manager but got no response (I should have written it down so it had to be filed).
Eventually I snapped and smashed a machine, before leaving early due to stress.

During the investigation, I not only wrote to HR telling them that I believe the company is conducting mas constructive dismissal, but also mentioned other problems too, particularly with my investigation wherein I was called in repeatedly (while on sick leave due to stress) on short notice (It should be noted I suffered severe anxiety at this time).

I got a final warning for smashing the machine, but haven't been bothered since, and alot of changes have happened - some managers are now off for "stress" and I believe it's because corporate was called in and has been watching them more closely now.
