Felt a small lump on side of my left ball, never felt that before
Looked it up, says it could be a testicular tumor
Says it could be good tumor that wont spread, could be bad.
Says testicular cancer treatment is painful

I've checked myself at the doctor twice for lumps, lad. Both times it were just benign cysts, which are common. You should get it checked though.
