then hang out with the guy relatives/inlaws. if you get along with them, you'll probably get along with their guy friends. just don't go with them to any family functions and you'll be good. go out for drinks, play vidya together, be buds on steam, whatever. if all goes well, you'll have some new friends. if it doesn't, well, that sucks but you tried.

but for the love of god don't stay in a primary relationship that makes you miserable just so you can have some friends. it's not worth it. if worse comes to worse, find friends somewhere else. if you can find good people among this bitch's family, you can find them anywhere.
