I have zero friends, IRL or online. Everybody else seems to have friends, or a confidant, or a SO or something. But, not me.
I can't make friends at work because I'm the boss. So, where should I go? Or what should I do? I'm tired of being aloooonnneeee

You can make friends and be the boss. My boss has done it. He set boundaries and as I proved myself as a worker we became better friends. Now that my hard work is guaranteed we joke about a lot of shit.
You just have to be smart and not lower your standards while relaxing enough to let your employees feel relaxed as well. Be chill.
