Did I fuck up my eyes permanently?

No matter how much I rest my eyes, they're always tired and have a very hard time keeping a focus on something close. Even applying the 20/20/20 rule doesn't help.

I even spent an entire week off of pc as I went on a vacation, and still too weak to keep them focused. It literally feels like the muscles inside of my eyes are giving up every time I try to keep my focus on something close. I have a tiny astigmatism but that's all. I can't afford glasses until a couple months.

This is really bothering me, as I never ever had a problem with this before. This couple of months ago.

If and when I get new glasses, will my eyes go back to normal and being able to focus normally without my muscles giving up after 2 seconds of focus?

I'm really scared I fucked my eyes up permanently from too much screen time. I'm 0.5 and 0.25, each to its own eye, respectively. I already have little respect for myself left, but this would be the straw that broke the camel's back.
