My ex boyfriend was being really nice to me for 2 weeks, said we could go on some dates and that he loved me. After this he's stopped talking to me for 3 weeks... so I got a bit confused and text him "Do you care about me?" ... he responded "I care about you, I just don't want to talk to you". I don't get what this is supposed to mean, we never really got into any arguments or anything.
