if you try to cram everything for 7-10 hours straight, your brain will just forget it.
if you take breaks in between, you'll be more focused and mentally refreshed every time.
What I do is I study for 1-2 hours and then take a 30 minute break to eat/sleep/watch tv.

hmm makes sense , any ideas how i should manage 2 subjects?Should I study both the same day like study one for 30 mins then the other 30 mins etc or something?

I would suggest to divide the two subjects during the day. Like or example if youre studying for 8 hours, use the first four hours for subject one, then the other four hours for subject two. That's how I work with it but everyone is different. Experiment around and see which way works better for you
