I want a mentor in life. I'm 20. I want someone that has had experience and has dealt with shit. Someone that is wise. Where can I go about finding an older male 29+ that can give some good life advice not filled with bs.

Nigger, we're a generation of men raised by women.
I'm 30 and have seeking a mentor my entire life. The professors at college don't give a fuck about you, your bosses don't give a fuck about you, etc.
We have to learn the hard way but it'll make us stronger for it.
Or break us down until we hang ourselves.
Watch Fight Club, you'll feel better.
Figure it out yourself desu senpai.
Compare notes with your bros (the non toxic, successful ones - ditch the losers)
The older dudes in our generation fucked up and are useless idiots.
Time for our generation to try and rebuilt and not repeat their mistakes.

Basically this.

How do I go about doing this. Like any tips

The simple route is fathers, grandfathers or other relatives. They have the benefit of knowing you pretty well.
Churches are pretty good at cross generational bonding, or at least mine is. Even if you aren't religious you can probably find a congregation that's sufficiently unitarian.
Or just go help out at a retirement home. A lot of people there want excuses to talk to others anyway.

>read the 48 laws of power

Then come back and see if you haven't found your mentor.

a woman cannot make you into a man.
OP has asked a startlingly mature question.
OP: what kinds of men do you respect? What kinds of men do you think have the qualities you are looking for?
Now, where might you find them?
The church suggestion is not a bad one. There are other possibilities - like local Rotary or Kiwanis clubs. Or perhaps you can try finding vets outside of a VFW..
