i'm manically depressive and currently in a depressed stage. i have an important interview coming up in a few hours. when in my depressed phase, i have troubles saying coherent things and sometimes i can't even pull off a natural friendly smile.
do you guys have any tips for me?

Have had the exact same situation as you... my interview went fine though, just go with the flow be in the moment . Sounds cheesy but spend the next couple hours just deep breathing and remember how you feel when you are happy
