You have no idea. From my first week I have been stepping out...I generally work independently and occasionally oversee a staff of 1 or 2 (nothing crazy). I do everything from interacting with vendors, suppliers, so on and so fourth. I made mention that we should have a cleaning regiment but that turned into me just doing it because my boss is a diluted fucking idiot who is more obsessed with tiny fucking details than huge ones.

Make a call to corporate and file a complaint or see if they can do a surprise inspection. Try to get them to catch your boss slackin on the job. Let them know you care about the company and the quality of the work being performed.
