How can I deal with bogifobia?
I have this since I have memory and sometimes I can't sleep for this,
If I watch an horror movie, nothing happen in the day, I don't feel scared. But in the moment to I'm alone for a long I feel so fucking scared to I even want to cry. And is 100 times more scary in the night.
Even things like The Walking Dead scary me, but I enjoy it a lot in the day.
I'm living alone and always constantly look at the door when trying to asleep (unless i'm extremely drunk), creeped out by what's on the other side of the house, etc, and i've found that I tend to be less creeped out at night when I succeed in limiting/removing my intake of caffeine
you probably have anxiety about other things, but your brain doesn't want to cope with them, so it substitutes fear of monsters or horror movies instead of that. that is my guess.
stay away from caffeine. try to get enough sleep. that will help. if you still have the problem, go to a doctor.
