Throwing up only solves the problem if it's caused by something you ingested. That would likely have passed a while ago.

This could literally be anything m8. It's too unspecific. Try keeping a diary of what you do all day and when the pain comes. Maybe you'll find a cause or a correlation.

Well, a few nights ago I accidentally ate too much to the point where my stomach starting hurting then when I woke up I started getting these pains. It usually hurts after I eat and/or stand for a while. Thought maybe I might've fucked up my stomach since I'm pretty skinny.

I suggest you take it easy for the next 7 days and see if it improves. Eat light stuff only, preferably soup and other soft food. No fatty stuff, no alcohol, no spicy food, so soft drinks. Drink plenty of water or tea without sugar, but no more than 3 liters a day.

Your stomach might be really upset from overeating.
