If you really wanted to die you would just take all of them. If you're asking to make sure you don't OD, I'd recommend not going too far past the prescription. Maybe take an extra one or one and a half if you really need it.

Either way sleeping pills are a temporary solution to a permanent problem, taking more isn't a sustainable way to live your life.
