Hey guys, just got my first credit card and I was wondering what the best ways to build credit are. My credit is already 730 if that helps.

Is it really that easy? I buy groceries every week, should I just charge it to my credit card and pay off the bill in full every month?

Pretty much what >>17436990 said.
Use your card, and make sure to pay it off. Even if you can't pay it off completely in, say, a month, pay more than the minimum required payments. Even that builds credit.
Got bills? Have them automatically paid using your card, then pay it off.
Just use your card instead of cash, and use that cash to pay off the debt.

Thanks for the help guys. One thing I've never had answered for sure though, is it better to pay off things over time or can I just pay it all off at the end of the month?
>>

Yeah basically. That's about it, just don't be late on payments at all. And NEVER go above maybe 20% of the max amount you can put on the card at any given time. It also helps if say you just put $40 on the card, move $40 from checking to savings so you have the money set aside at the end of the month. Keep track of how much you spend. Doesn't have to be exact penny for penny, but helps to have a general idea of "I can spend $75 more this week" instead of "I think I got maybe $200? I dunno shit man let's just buy shit".

As long as you make monthly payments and don't go over 20% of the max credit you're good.

Thanks a lot, bros.
