I'm trying everything I can to not be that person. My mom constantly enforced beta behaviors and submissiveness while raising me. It was just her btw. And now I'm having to undo all the damage and teach myself how to improve and not be submissive and a doormat like she is to everyone. Do you have any advice? I could use it.
