I know peope with depression and/or anxiety who have turned to weed. Weed doesn't caused depression/anxiety, but it can certainly potentiate it.

>exercise, exhaust myself, and equally as hungry
>eat something not junky, vidya/shitpost, then go to bed

You just have to be smart with it, I use it to "reward" myself based on my day. If I have the day off, I usually wont smoke because it just makes me feel too lazy.
