I'm a rather emphatic person (o work woth kids and disabled people). I can't switch off the knowledge that most of those people (talking about the victims of wwII) have suffered witheout ever having done anything wrong. There are always bad apples in every group. You can't say lawyers are assholes. Some are, some aren't. You can't say men are pigs. Some are, some aren't. Making generalized assumtions is just a very bitter way of living.
