My sister is 24 and it still bothers me whenever I see her dress a bit revealing. This really does seem like something your father or mother should be doing though.

All kids go through this. You probably did and she will. I say take her shopping sort of a brother/sister day and talk to her about finding her own style rather than what everyone else is wearing. I did this with my cousins. I showed them the clothes I wore.

I mean I do kinda worry about older dudes hitting on her if that makes sense, so there is concern. Yet at the same time its nothing I haven't seen before in other girls.

For example my girlfriend of 4 years has always worn leggings(yoga pants) and crop tops a lot and I remember one of the times my parents called her up on what she was wearing, lo and behold it was almost the exact same outfit save colours and materials.

It's only me and my sister, we have no cousins, so it'd be no surprise if my girl is a bit of a clothing role model for her.
