Drink a lot of luke warm water first. Let it sit in your stomach for a short while, maybe move a bit to "swish it around". Stand up for purging. A sink is good. It also feels less nasty than a toilet and you have fresh running tap near to clean up and take a sip inbetween. I don't lile to use my finger. I usually take a toothbrush handle. I stick it in my mouth and then "tickle" my uvula with it till i feel the urge to vomit. Relax your belly and throat and then drink some more water for the next purge. This way you wash everything out and it also comes up easier and smoother with some moisture and volume to it
