Okay how do I fix this shit? This shit haunts me since Im 13, I cant get outside because I feel ashamed wearing a T-shirt. Im so scared people would make fun of me because of my manboobs. I didnt go to the public swimming pool since 4 years. Im skinny fat atm, I workout since 3 months I really hope it goes away soon.
Will it go away or do i need a surgery?

very minor cases, usually when it's not a hormonal problem and just caused by excess fat, yeah you'll get rid of them via surgery
otherwise you will need surgery. this idea that you can build enough muscle to fix severe gyno or loose skin is just ridiculous and not based in reality.
depending on how bad it is you can make a case for covered surgery. you really gotta ham it up though.
