Just start coding, learn c, c++ and python. Python is the easiest to start with (but they all are basically the same).
See if you like coding, then start thinking about studying it.

There are a lot of options because hacking is a broad concept, if you wanna be like the character from mr robot I would advice something like software engineering. If you wanna be like like the character from watchdogs (more hardware hacking and gadgets) I would advice computer science or electrical engineering.
If you really like theoretical part about hacking and just wanna write algoritms and wanna develop skynet, you could study something like AI.

Btw you won't learn "hacking", your study will help but you'll need to learn a lot yourself. Constantly ask yourself what you want to hack and how you can use the knowledge you got from your classes and how you can expand it to actually hack the things you want to hack.

OP, security is a very broad field, and it is not much of a field that can just be taught alone, a lot of it is going to have to be you being clever.
Start with coding, if you cant picture how the coding will be used fundamentally, keep on coding and explore different aspects.
