I'm majoring in Mathematics and English. Besides a 4.0 gpa what can I do to be admitted to Stanford, UC Berkeley, or Caltech? I'm starting school this fall.

Sorry OP...you fell for that meme that Calculus at a community college is the same as Calculus at Cal Tech.
It's not.
You're not getting in to either Stanford or Cal Tech. You'll have a shot at Berkeley.

Why do you say that? Calculus is quite simple.
You start by getting good grades and having good social skills. So I fail because I am born with Aspergers and ADHD. No Stanford, no money, I am just lucky mom and dad will help me forever until I find work in construction, finally make enough money to live on my own.

Have your family make a substantial donation to the school you want to go to.
or
Have the money to pay for the entire length of school up front.

A lot of extra curricular. Find all the clubs you can and join the ones that are most interesting. At least two. Three is best. Be diligent about participating in them, and pursue leadership roles in those clubs.
Also get a part time job. It's something you can add to your application essay to point out how responsible you were in maintaining a high GPA, extra curriculars and a job.
