Whitening products. Or you can get it professionally done but that's expensive. I just use crest one hour express about every month or two and brush and rinse with whitening toothpaste and mouthwash. Works well but you won't get movie star white.

Drink lots of water, eat lots of apples, get them professionally whitened, whitening strips, buy a whitening kit online (I got one for 30 bucks), use mouthwash, have checkups every 6 months

Don't do it. Human teeth are meant to be a little yellow. If your teeth are white, you're either dumping chemicals on them or you're malnourished.
