Looks like a blister not a burn. How did you get it? Im assuming some form of yardwork?
If it was a burn it would be much more red and inflamed. And burn blisters are much bigger than that usually.

looks like someone touched a hot pan/metal thing.
- not steam (more redness, greater area)
- not fire (discoloration)
- not chemical (unless, say a battery leaked and the acid irritated the skin in that specific area)

Thats a second degree burn. Silver solution cream or aloe vera (buy an actual leaf and use the gel) should heal it up in a few days
