That's mold without a doubt, your house must be pretty humid for mold to grow that strongly on "random shit" in your room, can make you very sick, sick enough to have to go the hospital sick

Mold begins growing on things within the house when the house is extremely humid and very poorly ventilated, like basements and attics, if it's growing in normal bedrooms you need to open windows, clean the carpets, clean pretty much everything, and check the walls for mold using a mold testing kit

Mold spreads ultra fast, mold spores are already in the carpet no doubt just from the looks of it, so chances are it's in the walls too, you need to tell your landlord right away that a mold outbreak is happening otherwise it's going to get worse and YOU'LL be the one in trouble for not telling your landlord right away.
