200bpm may be adulterants. If you are serious I would go see a doctor. I don't think I have ever got my heart rate that high. I used to smoke an incredible amount of weed (a lot of people like to say that but I'm serious). I don't anymore for mostly unrelated reasons but perhaps you should consider never again as well. Or at least significantly limiting it. Also vaporizers are less intense, that may be an option for you, I have a volcano and it was awesome while I used it.

The effect varies depending on the user. I usually get pretty anxious after I smoke weed, so I stay away from it.
Just calm down, you'll be fine after a couple hours. Watch a movie or something.
