Also, I seem to have lost 10 pounds since I moved in with my sister at the end of June, but that might just be from general malnutrition.

I had strep throat way too many times when I was a kid, and that's how my tonsils looked. Usually both tonsils look like that though. Anyways, it's probably not cancer, but I'd get that shit checked out, you've been sick for too long. I wish mine had been removed, it reduces the amount of illnesses you can catch.
