I've been feeling really depressed lately the past 2 years I haven't had sex nor do I feel like it's going to change anytime soon. How can I meet girls when I don't know anybody? I try using Facebook to message but no one ever seems interested in talking to me

Step one is to go outside and actually do things. This will help with depression and getting laid.

Don't look for girls. Don't even look for friends.
Look for things to do. Join clubs, take classes, volunteer, hang out at cafes or comic book stores.
You'll be in the company of people with similar interests, and chatting about what you're doing should come naturally. Someone will suggest the group go out for a drink afterward. Some will bring their friends, who you'll meet.
The more people you get to know in an ordinary social context, the more friends you're likely to make.
And some will be female-type people.
