>have tinnitus
>read up on pitch listening to reduce
>listen to 12 hz
>tinnitus lowered but right ear feels full
Did I end up damaging my hearing further? It feels full and when I hum with my mouth closed I can hear its bass within my ear and it feels really full. There is also a slight hearing imbalance.
Gp couldnt find anything but has assigned an appointment to audiologist. Any thoughts whats up?
I dried ear drops this morning and nothing.
Anyone?
A good idea is to not fuck with your ears ever.
Your audiologist is the only one that can determine what is going on.

I know it sounds weird, but the fullness thing can be related to tight neck and jaw muscles. I have problems with those muscles and i have minor tinnitus and soreness/fullness in the ears.

those tones weren't lpud, right? idk how you could fuck up your ears without high amplitudes

I used ibuds but there was no pain when listening to the frequency, I made sure of that. I always keeo my volume in general low, got the tinnitus from a super loud noght club.

I got an appointmemt in 6 weeks but was tempted to go to a gp in case of short term issues as I said in op. I dont think its to do with my jaw as before I was fine.
