It worked well about a year ago but it has definitely slipped.
India has very cheap outsourcing. The website may have paid for listeners for a short time in order to keep themselves afloat when all the volunteer Americans lost interest.

They want you to take a very easy "I know how to be nice" quiz and if you pass, they change your membership. They also want you to commit to how often you can be available but it's not mandatory.
I'm a listener on there, it's pretty good
But some of the people I talk to are just so dumb
