i feel like shit. i want to die nearly all of the time. I dont think i could ever go through with suicide, but the thought crosses my mind often. I still live with my parents, i have no car, and i want help. Which means i would need to tell them how i feel to get help. Please help.

I went through a pretty rough period a while back, and if I can say learned anything, it's that your behaviour feeds your depression. Change your lifestyle ya dip. Also depending on your age it's almost definitely hormones. You can also do what I did/do and learn to live while feeling shitty.
Also tell your parents you fucking retard. Literally step one of treating depression or suicidal thoughts is telling someone.


Also since you're apparently incapable of getting help yourself and need to tell your parents you're probably underage. Trust me, it's hormones.
