So my friend hasn't responded to any of my texts for about a month. Normally she's really good with responding quickly, and she had no reason to be mad at me, we're good friends. I'm getting worried about her.
She missed almost half the school year because she was sick from something- I don't know if she ever told me what. If she did, I have forgotten.
Any ideas, advice or comfort are much appreciated, thank you so much in advance.

also if it does turn out that she is ignoring your for whatever reason, sad as it is, but friendships die out often, even if there is no seemingly obvious reason as to why.

Missing half a year of school because of a mystery-flavor diagnosis is a good old fashioned red flag for mental illness, and all that that implies.

Ask teacher/counselor/principal if they know how she is. They might not be permitted to tell you much, but they might deliver a written note from you.
