Take a tablecloth to a park and sit in the sun. Bring lunch and eat it while you watch park-goers do their thing. Ideally, you bring your laptop/phone/real life friends so you can talk to people while you chill.

I think outside people do things with other people, the problem is I have no friends.

Tbh I don't know how to get out of the house either. I'm in a small town but I'm outside limits so the houses are sparse and there's no sidewalk or anywhere good to walk/run/etc without a 15 minute drive just to get there. Same as you, I don't have any friends to do things with.
