Is it possible for your hair to change colour as an adult?
My hair darkened when I was like 11 and I swear to god I'm either losing my mind or it's turning blond again.

Exposure to the sun can actually lighten your hair a bit. That's totally natural.
That, or it might gray out a little. Gray is lighter than dark blonde (which I assume you are right now) and might appear the hair lighter than it is.

It's been dark blond for years now. I'm 22 and my father only had a few odd grey hairs when he was 56, if I remember right. My mom, aunt and neither of my uncles really have greys yet.
I used to have dirty blonde hair when I was a child, but then it became brown by age 3 and then dark by age 10.
It's all genetic, so expect changes to happen.

Then I gotta agree with >>17382138 on this. The amount of melanin in your body can change over time, and less melanin (eumelanin) means a lighter color.
I can't address on this personally because I have dyed my hair for such a long time I don't even know my natural color anymore. But it is a very solid possibly.

But I thought it only goes one way (excluding turning grey)? You can only go darker, and that's why american men are crazy for blonde women, because lighter hair=youth?

Is it greying or yellowish?
