Is sex a important part of being healthy? I unfortunately lack the skill or capital to obtain and maintain a relationship with a woman. I just don't have that spark that gets women to fawn over a male.
I have a friend that has had many women. Like 30 percent of said women traveled TO HIM to meet him. He lives in Maine abd told me he has had girls come from California to meet him. What the fuck?
I honestly don't know how he does it.
Anyway, I am worried about my mental health and physical health. I don't feel super masculine or confident. I find that confidence comes from knowing you are good at something. I see myself as really mediocre because I am humble.
What should I do? Will havibg a relationship even help? What sucks most is this ghetto city I live in. Springfield MA. The women are pure garbage.

Im healthy and fit, I never get laid. I work 5-6x a week, eat healthy, sit around 10% bf, got everything checked with my doctor. I never get laid, Im pale as fuck and women are not into that.

Plenty of monks and nuns throughout history (not to mention Newton) have gone their entire lives without sex completely voluntarily, and still had healthy, happy, fulfilling lives. Have sex if the opportunity arises and you want to do it, but don't have sex just to *have* sex. Your friend's situation isn't relevant to yours; you're your own person.
